Jeannie’s Dreamtime stories come from the Alhalkere country and are passed down to her from her father’s side. Jeannie’s tribal name is “Angiltha” which means little lizard. Jeannie has become highly regarded as a Bush Medicine Leaf painter, capturing the rhythm of the wind as it blows through the leaves drying on the ground. She also paints the Yam Seed, Yam Leaf, Yam Flower Dreamings, Body Paint, Mountain Devil Lizard and Bush Medicine Leaf.
