Looking After Your Paintings
Congratulations on your new purchase!
You are now the owner of a 100% original artwork, and you are supporting a happy local art whom can buy new supplies and keep creating.
To keep your Artwork looking its best, here are a few tips.
ü Art + Sun = Fading so don’t hang your artwork in direct sunlight.
Also it is fun to rotate Art around your house or office every few years.
ü Art + Water = Peeling + Warping so keep your artwork away from moisture, dampness or humidity to prevent peeling and warping.
For bathrooms, garages and outdoors artwork is specifically designed to counter the elements.
ü Art + Heat = Warping + Melting Just like water, excessive heat will also warp and potentially melt some artworks. Hang your artwork away from fireplaces and ovens. Remember to keep heaters away from artworks as well.
ü Art + Love = Happiness Enjoy your artwork and treat it with respect. Love showing it off to your friends and enjoy how it makes you feel at different times.
ü Handle with care – touch only the sides or use cotton gloves as even the cleanest of hands can leave residue. Cover with a light sheet for carting yourself.
If not under glass, a dimple light dust regularly is all that’s needed – don’t let the dust build up! For resin paintings a little glass cleaner on a soft cloth (don’t spray directly on painting for best results).
ü Keep any paperwork about the Artwork and artist in an envelope taped to the back of the painting and you’ll never loose it
ü A Certificate of Authenticity can be provided by the Gallery for you to laminate or frame near the painting.
ü Indigenous Art is often purchased as an “unstretched canvas” and looks fantastic simply stretched over a wooden frame available at any Framers. All you need do it give it a light feather dust weekly to keep dust building up. The framer can also show you more formal framing and mount options with many varying effects to really make your piece pop or blend with your other décor.

Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.
You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If goods cannot be left they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements. Due to Australia Post regulations we can not deliver to Post Office boxes however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pick up point please provide the physical address not the PO box.
